Section Mirt 217.05 - Effect of Declaratory Rulings

A declaratory ruling shall apply only to the board and to the individual or entity requesting it and shall be confined to the facts presented pursuant to Mirt 217.02 (a)(2) through (a)(3) and in response to a request of the board made pursuant to Mirt 217.03 (b).
