Section Mirt 216.04 - Media Access

Public comment hearings shall be open to print and electronic media, subject to the following limitations when such limitations are necessary to allow a hearing to go forward:

(a) Limitation on the placement of cameras to specific locations within the hearing room; and

(b) Prohibition of interviews conducted within the hearing room before or during the hearing.
