Section Mirt 214.01 - Settlement of Non-Disciplinary Issues(a) Any licensee or applicant for a license having a dispute with the board over issues not related to a disciplinary matter shall have the opportunity to settle some or all of the issues if there is no dispute about the underlying material facts.(b) To be effective, an agreement to settle shall be: (2) Signed by the licensee or applicant for a license; and(3) Finalized as an order issued by the board.(c) The signing of the agreement to settle shall constitute a waiver of the right to a hearing of the issues resolved by the agreement.N.H.
