Section Mirt 209.02 - Effect of Intervention and Rights of an Intervenor(a) Approval of intervention by the presiding officer shall apply only to the proceedings in which the petition for intervention was granted.(b) Notwithstanding the provisions of this chapter, an intervenor's right to participate in an adjudicative proceeding shall be subject to any limitations or conditions imposed by the presiding officer pursuant to RSA 541-A:32, III.(c) An intervenor shall take the proceedings as he or she finds them and no portion of the proceedings shall be repeated because of the fact of intervention.N.H.
