Section Mil 202.03 - Prehearing ConferenceAny party may request, or the presiding officer shall schedule on his or her own initiative, a pre-hearing conference to consider one or more of the following:
(a) Offers of settlement;(b) Simplification of the issues;(c) Stipulations or admissions as to issues of fact or proof by consent of the parties;(d) Limitations on the number of witnesses;(e) Changes to standard procedures desired during the hearing by consent of the parties;(f) The distribution of written testimony, if any, and exhibits to the parties;(g) Consolidation of examination of witnesses; and(h) Any other matters which aid in the disposition of the proceeding.N.H.
