Section Mid 407.07 - Compliance with LawsA midwife shall comply with applicable New Hampshire laws, including but not limited to:
(a) The requirements of RSA 332-I relating to medical records and patient information;(b) Rules of the bureau of vital records regarding the reporting of births;(c) Rules of the bureau of vital records regarding the reporting of deaths;(d) The reporting requirements of RSA 132:6, II and any rules relating to prevention of eye inflammation which have been adopted by the commissioner of the department of health and human services; and(e) The requirements of RSA 132:10-a and RSA 132:10-aa relating to newborn screening tests.N.H.
