N.H. Admin. Code § Mid 406.07

Section Mid 406.07 - Product Development

Documentation of product development shall be a letter written by a representative of the distributor or disseminator on the letterhead of the distributor or disseminator:

(a) Describing the product; and

(b) Acknowledging the midwife as the developer or co-developer.
