Section Mid 404.01 - Definitions

In Mid 404 the following terms shall have the following meanings:

(a) "Private reprimand" means a written reprimand of a midwife by the midwifery council; and

(b) "Public reprimand" means a written reprimand of a midwife by the midwifery council together with notification to New Hampshire certified midwives of such reprimand.
