Section Mhp 401.01 - Expiration of License(a) Licenses shall automatically expire 2 years from the date of issue or renewal.(b) A renewal license shall be valid for 2 years upon approval of application submitted in a timely manner in accordance with Mhp 401.02.N.H. Code Admin. R. Mhp 401.01
