Section Mhp 305.04 - Examination for Mental Health Counselors(a) All applicants for licensure shall pass the National Clinical Mental Health Counselor Exam distributed by the National Board of Certified Counselors.(b) The following shall be submitted as evidence of a passing score on the national clinical mental health counselor examination:(1) Written verification from the national board of certified counselors sent to the board office; or(2) A "Request for Results of Examinations score Form" dated 6/10/2014 completed by another jurisdiction and sent directly to the board office.(c) Applicants wishing to take the national clinical mental health counselor exam shall obtain a test registration form by contacting the National Board for Certified Counselors.N.H.
