Section Mhp 212.02 - Action on Petitions for Declaratory Rulings(a) The board shall issue a declaratory ruling, in writing, within 60 days of receipt of a petition.(b) A copy of each declaratory ruling shall be:(1) Filed with the director of legislative services;(2) Sent to the petitioner by first class mail; and(3) Filed with the board.N.H.
