Section Mhp 210.02 - Petition for Rulemaking A request for the commencement of a proceeding to adopt, amend, or repeal a rule shall be submitted in the form of a petition which contains the following information:
(a) A statement of the petitioner's interest in the proposed rulemaking action;(b) The text of the proposed rule or a statement of the particular results intended by the petitioner to flow from the implementation of the proposed rule;(c) If the petitioner proposes to amend or repeal an existing rule, an identification of the particular rule sought to be amended or repealed; and(d) Any data or argument the petitioner believes would be useful to the board in deciding whether to commence a rulemaking proceeding.N.H.
