Section Mhp 208.14 - Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law(a) Parties may submit proposed findings of fact or conclusions of law which shall be set forth in separately numbered paragraphs.(b) The presiding officer shall direct any party to submit proposed findings of fact or conclusions of law if the presiding officer finds such a submission will clarify the pertinent facts or identify the applicable law. If such an order is issued, individual rulings upon such proposed findings or conclusions shall be included as part of any proposed or final decision or order issued.N.H. Admin. Code § Mhp 208.14
