Section Mhp 208.12 - Burden of Proof(a) The party asserting the affirmative of a proposition shall have the burden of proving the truth of that proposition by a preponderance of the evidence.(b) Without limiting the generality of paragraph (a), above all moving parties and all petitioners shall have the burden of persuading the board that their motion or petition should be granted.N.H.
