Section Mhp 203.01 - Appearances and Representation(a) A party or the party's representative shall file an appearance that includes the following information:(1) A brief identification of the matter;(2) A statement as to whether or not the representative is an attorney and if so, whether the attorney is licensed to practice in New Hampshire; and(3) The party or representative's daytime address and telephone number.(b) Any changes to the information in (a) above shall be timely filed with the board, in writing.(c) The board shall, after providing notice and opportunity for hearing, prohibit an individual from acting as a representative upon a finding that the individual has repeatedly violated rules or orders of the board, willfully disrupted board proceedings, or made material misrepresentations to the board or a party in a board proceeding.(d) Any prohibition issued under (c), above, shall apply only to the board's proceedings.(e) Nothing in this section shall be construed to permit the unauthorized practice of law.N.H.
