The board conducts various proceedings for the purpose of acquiring sufficient information to make fair and reasoned decisions on matters within its statutory jurisdiction, including decisions on applications for licensure and communications of alleged misconduct filed against licensees. The purpose of these rules shall be construed to secure the just, efficient and accurate resolution of all board action.
