Section Med 106.01 - Committees(a) A committee, appointed by the board to investigate and make recommendations on matters within the statutory authority of the board, shall consist of one or more members and shall be chaired by a member of the board.(b) When expressly authorized by the board, the authority of a committee shall include: (1) The retention of qualified non-board members to serve as members of the committee; and(2) The retention of paid advisors or consultants pursuant to Med 329:18 II.N.H. Admin. Code § Med 106.01
