Section Mavs 205.02 - Department Action Upon Petition

Within 60 days of filing, the department shall respond to the petitioner in writing. If the department grants the petition, the department shall provide its ruling to the director of legislative services as required by law. The department shall reject the petition if it is inadequate or beyond the scope of the commission's authority as specified in RSA 110-B.
