Section Mavs 204.03 - Contested CasesIn the event a complaint petition is considered a contested case which cannot be settled under Mavs 204.02, and a hearing is scheduled, all parties shall be notified of the:
(a) Time, place, and nature of the hearing;(b) Statutory authority under which the hearing is to be held;(c) Particular sections of the statutes or rules involved;(e) Right to have an attorney present to represent the party at the party's expense; and(f) Right to have the department provide a certified shorthand court reporter at the party's expense.N.H.
