Section Mavs 203.06 - Action on Petitions(a) Upon receipt, all petitions or other documents shall be forwarded by the adjutant general to the presiding officer.(b) Within 30 days of receipt by the adjutant general, the presiding officer shall examine the petition and notify the petitioner of any apparent errors or omissions. The petitioner may resubmit the completed petition within 30 days of the receipt of the presiding officer's notification. The adjutant general shall deny in writing any untimely petitions.N.H. Admin.
