Section Mavs 102.01 - Terms(a) "Adjutant general" means the executive head of the department of military affairs and veterans services.(b) "Department" means the New Hampshire department of military affairs and veterans services which includes the army national guard, air national guard, the inactive national guard, the state guard, and the unorganized militia, and veterans services.(c) "Division" means a unit within the department led by a director.N.H.
