Section Mavs 101.01 - PurposeThe rules of this title implement the statutory responsibilities of the New Hampshire department of military affairs and veterans services created by RSA 110-B, which include, but are not limited to:
(a) Organizing, arming, training, disciplining, governing, and administering the New Hampshire National Guard;(b) Promoting the welfare of military service members, veterans, and their families;(c) Enhancing, coordinating, and overseeing veterans' benefits and services offered within the state; and(d) Directing veterans to appropriate benefits and services.N.H.
