Section Lsa 403.08 - Noncompliance

Failure of a licensee to submit documentation of continuing education required by Lsa 403.03, when requested to do so per Lsa 403.05(d), shall result in the issuance of a notice of hearing to the licensee to determine if there has been a violation of the board's rules and laws.
