Section Lsa 101.01 - Purpose and Scope

The rules of this title implement the statutory responsibilities of the New Hampshire board of landscape architects created by RSA 310-A: 142. These provisions regulate but are not limited to the licensing of landscape architects and the practice of landscape architecture in the state of New Hampshire.
