Section Lot 8007.19 - Ejection and Exclusion(a) Licensees shall comply with all ejection and exclusion orders made by the commission.(b) Licensees shall notify the executive director of the commission in writing of: (1) The ejection or exclusion of any person by the licensee; and(2) The reasons for the ejection or exclusion.(c) The licensee shall take the identification badge of any terminated, suspended, or ejected employee.N.H.
