Section Lot 8007.14 - Minors on the Racing Premises(a) An occupationally licensed parent, grandparent, or guardian of a minor may have the minor with him or her in the stable compound.(b) The parent, grandparent, or guardian shall assume responsibility for the conduct of the minor.N.H.
