Section Lot 8003.03 - Expiration or Cessation of a Racetrack LicenseA racetrack license issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire or no longer be valid on the earlier of:
(1) December 31 of the year for which the license was issued;(2) Pursuant to RSA 284:16-a, if the licensee is a corporation, a change in either legal or equitable ownership of 50 percent or more of the voting stock of the corporation from the ownership that existed at the time that a license was initially granted to the applicant; or(3) If the licensee is an organization other than a corporation, a change in either legal or equitable ownership of 50 percent or more of the organization from the ownership that existed at the time that a license was initially granted to the applicant.N.H.
