Section Lot 7104.01 - Responsibilities of All Licensees All licensees shall:
(a) Conduct charitable gaming activities in a manner that ensures:(1) The integrity of the game;(2) That the games are fair, secure, and able to be auditable and operate correctly; and(3) That all games are free from corruption, criminal influences, and conflicts of interest.(b) Maintain all records for a period of 2 years, or longer than 2 years when notified by the commission that an audit, compliance review, or investigation is being conducted, in which case all records shall be maintained until the audit, review or investigation has concluded; and(c) Permit the commission or its designee to examine all lucky 7 related books, records, inventory, and business or gaming premises as deemed necessary for an ongoing inspection, investigation, or audit, or to otherwise determining the licensee's compliance with RSA 287-E and this chapter.N.H.
