Section Lot 7103.05 - Expiration of an Issued License(a) A license issued in accordance with this chapter shall expire in accordance with the following:(1) Manufacturer, and distributor licenses shall expire on June 30 following the date of issue;(2) A license issued to a charitable organization shall expire on the last day of the month or calendar year for which the license was issued; and(3) Gaming consultant licenses shall expire one year from the date of issue.(b) A license shall be valid only for the activities, location, dates and times as listed on the license.(c) Any licensee that ceases to conduct lucky 7 activities shall immediately notify the commission in writing and provide the commission a report as to the disposition of: (1) All unused lucky 7 ticket inventory; and(2) Any lucky 7 ticket dispensing devices used by the charity.N.H.
