Section Liq 701.04 - Failure to Comply with Statute or Rule

In the event an applicant fails to comply with an application rule or statute, such applicant's application shall not be processed and the applicant shall be notified within 10 working days of the date of rejection, together with the reasons for such rejection of the application.
