Section Liq 507.02 - Notification(a) Caterers and off-site caterers shall notify the commission in writing at least 5 business days before the date of any scheduled event at which alcoholic beverages will be served on premises currently licensed for this purpose.(b) The licensee shall supply the following: (1) Name, address, liquor license number and phone number of the business:(2) Name of the clients, dates, times, and locations in the case of an off-site caterer of the functions.(3) Signature of the licensee or his or her manager.N.H.
