Section Liq 506.05 - Deposits, Rebates(a) Any deposits on beverage containers, and conditions for redemption, shall be included on wholesale distributor's price postings for said beverages.(b) Rebates for returned containers shall: (1) Be clearly shown on invoices; and(2) Not exceed the deposits charged for said containers.N.H.
