Section Liq 207.07 - Evidence(a) The presiding officer shall consider as evidence:(1) Police logs and reports;(2) Documented complaints made to:a. Local or state police;b. Other local officials; orc. State officials or the commission;(3) Orders, correspondence, or other documents from town officials to the licensee and any responses;(4) Police and court records concerning the licensee, licensed premise, or persons in charge;(5) Petitions or other statements by area residents or neighboring businesses;(6) Commission records of licensee conduct; and(7) Records demonstrating licensee non-compliance with:b. Health or safety requirements; orc. Other local or state ordinances.(b) The presiding officer shall not consider: (1) Undocumented complaints, whether from officials or the public; or(2) Complaints which the licensee was given no chance to correct.(c) The licensee may introduce exculpatory evidence for the presiding officer's consideration.N.H.
