Section Liq 206.01 - Licensee Record(a) When a licensee receives an adverse decision as a result of an administrative hearing with regard to a violation, the presiding officer shall examine the licensee's record and note all violations.(b) The number of recorded violations shall be used in determining what administrative action shall be taken as provided by Liq 603.02, Liq 603.04, or Liq 605.N.H.
