Section Lab 526.01 - Settlement of Some or All Issues in a Dispute(a) Any CVRP or CVRPI who has a dispute with the board shall have the opportunity at any time to reach an agreement to settle some or all of the issues if: (1) There is no dispute about the material facts underlying the issues to be settled; and(2) If the dispute relates to a complaint, the complainant has the opportunity to submit for the board's consideration written comment on the terms of the proposed settlement.(b) To be effective, an agreement to settle shall be: (2) Signed by the CVRP or CVRPI; and(3) After the signing by the CVRP or CVRPI, finalized as an order issued by the board.(c) The signing by the CVRP or CVRPI of an agreement to settle shall constitute a waiver of the CVRP or CVRPI's right to a hearing of the issues resolved by the agreement.N.H.
