Section Lab 503.02 - Health Care Provider Referrals(a) Any party in a claim may notify the commissioner in writing of any issue concerning health care provider referrals as described in RSA 281-A:23, IV. Copies of all notifications shall be provided to all parties in the claim and to the health care provider in question and shall include documentation or evidence regarding the basis of such issue.(b) If the commissioner's decision as to the appropriateness of the referral is disputed, the objecting party may request a hearing at the department.N.H.
