Section Lab 1508.04 - Calculation of Proposed Fines(a) The total fine proposed by the department shall be the sum of $100 per employee for each violation for which a fine is sought.(b) In any case of a continuing violation activity, each day during which such violation occurs shall be considered to be a separate violation.
