Section Lab 1203.04 - Extension Granted(a) The commissioner shall grant the request for extension, provided that the requirements of Lab 1203.03(b), (c) and (d) are met and that the commissioner determines that the additional period of time will not jeopardize the safety of the general public.(b) Once an extension of time is granted, written notification by the commissioner shall be issued to the individuals who requested the extension.(c) Under RSA 157-A: 8, II (g) no boiler or pressure vessel shall be operated beyond the 2 month grace period without having received an extension as requested under Lab 1203.03.N.H.
