Section Jus 606.01 - Commission Chair(a) The members of the commission shall, after polling its members, make a recommendation to the attorney general as to its preference for commission chair.(b) The attorney general shall consider the recommendation of the commission and designate one member of the commission who shall serve as chair. The term shall be for one year.(c) The chair shall, unless absent or recused, preside at all meetings of the commission. In the absence of the chair, the commissioners present shall select a member to act as chair for that meeting, only.N.H. Admin. Code § Jus 606.01
