Section Jus 411.02 - Recertification Required(a) Any charitable trust that issues qualified charitable gift annuities shall annually recertify that the annuities issued by the charitable trust shall be limited to qualified charitable gift annuities as defined in RSA 403-E:1,V by filing with the charitable trusts unit either Form NHCT-15 or Schedule D of Form NHCT-12, available online at www.doj.nh.gov/charitable-trusts/forms.htm.N.H.
