Section Jus 410.04 - Final AccountingThe charitable trust shall prepare, maintain for 3 years, and make available to the charitable trusts unit upon request, a final accounting of any charitable sales promotion that includes the following information:
(a) Gross sales volume related to the charitable sales promotion;(b) Calculation of the amount payable to the charitable trust;(c) Revenue received by the charitable trust; and(d) An itemized list of expenses deducted from the amount payable to the charitable trust, if applicable.N.H.
