Section Jus 1409.01 - Certification of Amendment Required(a) The enactment of an amendment to the declaration of a condominium pursuant to RSA 356-B:54, V, extending the time limit for conversion, expansion, or contraction of a condominium shall be deemed a material change in the plan of development or disposition of the condominium, and the declarant shall provide notice of such amendment to the bureau prior to recording such amendment. (b) Such notice shall consist of a copy of the amendment as enacted and a "Certification of Amendment Pursuant to RSA 356-B:54, V" Form CPLC300, (August, 2019), which shall be completed by the declarant and filed with the bureau.
