Section Jus 1402.03 - Refunds(a) Upon discovery by the bureau that an overpayment has been made, the bureau shall, as soon thereafter as is practicable, cause to be returned to the applicant the amount of the overpayment. (b) No refund shall be due if an application is: (1) Rejected by the bureau; or (2) Withdrawn by the applicant after a notice of filing has been issued.(c) Once an application has been rejected or withdrawn, reconsideration of the application or the filing of a new application shall require submission of an additional fee calculated in the manner provided by Jus 1402.02. (d) When an application has been returned to the applicant pursuant to Jus 1405.15, the bureau shall as soon thereafter as is practicable return the application fee in its entirety..N.H. Admin.
