Section Jus 1401.03 - Documentary evidence

"Documentary evidence" means:

(a) In the case of cost estimates, documentation obtained from the suppliers of the services; and

(b) In the case of estimates of completion dates:

(1) Actual contracts awarded;

(2) Engineering schedules; or

(3) Other evidence of commitments to complete construction.
