Section Jus 1303.04 - Planned Unit or Planned Residential Development(a) All developments containing a mix of condominiums and single-family or other residential lots, parcels, units, or interests, shall be subject to RSA 356-A and these rules, provided however, that:(1) The fee submitted with an application for registration or exemption of the subdivision need not include an amount for the condominium units which are to be separately registered or exempted under RSA 356-B; and(2) All condominiums in the development which contain more than 10 units shall be separately registered or exempted under RSA 356-B, prior to the offering or disposing of interests in units in those condominiums.N.H.
