Section Int 302.02 - Denial of Application and LicensureAn application shall be denied if the board finds that:
(a) The applicant does not hold a valid and current license or approval from another state or territory of the United States, the District of Columbia or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico; and(b) The licensing or approval standards of the licensing or approving jurisdiction in question are not equal to or greater than those required in New Hampshire, and do not specifically meet the requirements of RSA 326-I.N.H. Admin. Code § Int 302.02
