Section Inst 201.01 - Rules of Practice and Procedure

The Plc 200 rules shall govern with regards to all procedures for:

(a) Disciplinary proceedings;

(b) Rulemaking submissions, considerations and disposition of rulemaking petitions;

(b) Public comment hearings;

(d) Declaratory rulings;

(e) Explanation of adopted rules; and

(f) Voluntary surrender of licenses.
