Section Ins 6203.03 - Minimum Standards for Benefits(a) Accidental death and double dismemberment amounts under the policy shall be at least $5,000 per covered person. Amounts for a single dismemberment of a limb, in whole or in part, shall be at least $2,500 per covered person. Amounts for the dismemberment of a digit shall be at least $1,000 per digit per covered person. The benefits shall be paid without regard to whether benefits are provided under other insurance.(b) Accidental death and dismemberment benefits shall be payable if the loss occurs within 90 days from the date of the accident, irrespective of total disability.(c) All policies and certificates shall include a schedule of benefits that clearly sets forth the benefits, including amounts of coverage.(d) Rates for all insurance products under this part shall be submitted for approval pursuant to Ins 4100.N.H. Admin. Code § Ins 6203.03
