Section Ins 5001.01 - Purpose and Scope(a) The purpose of Ins 5001 is to establish standards and procedures for the filing of property and casualty insurance forms and rates to be used within this state.(b) Ins 5001 shall apply to all licensed admitted writers of property and casualty insurance in this state and advisory organizations who are required to make form and rate filings.N.H.
