Section Ins 4004.01 - Filing Schedules(a) The deadline for submitting NHCHIS data files shall be determined by the total number of members for whom claims are being paid or processed by each carrier or third-party administrator.(b) Carriers and third-party administrators that have 10,000 or more New Hampshire members shall submit required NHCHIS files monthly, no later than 30 days after the close of the reporting month.(c) Carriers and third-party administrators that have fewer than 10,000 New Hampshire members, but do not meet the exclusion criteria in Ins 4005.02, shall submit required NHCHIS files quarterly, no later than 30 days after the end of the reporting quarter.N.H.
